Common Questions

Do you design timber frame houses?

With timber frame or SIPs, the frame supplier usually designs their panels. We design the rest, such as foundations and steelwork, and check how it fits together.

When should I bring in a structural engineer?

Once the architect's layout is settled, and ideally before the planning drawings are final, so that beams and walls line up.
